FAQ
Have some questions?
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. Some of my best long-term client relationships started with a single deliverable: a pitch deck, a brand refresh, a campaign. We do great work together, the fit is confirmed, and it grows from there. Small doesn’t mean low priority. Every project gets the same standard.
Can you work with an existing brand?
It’s some of my favorite work. Many brands have strong bones that were never given the right stewardship. What I look for is the potential that’s already there and hasn’t been fully expressed. I’ve taken brands that existed for years and helped them grow in ways their founders didn’t imagine were possible.
What’s your typical project timeline?
It depends on scope. After the discovery call, I’ll have a full proposal back to you within 48 hours, and that proposal will include a timeline specific to your project. Most engagements run 3 to 6 months. Some clients stay on for years.
What happens after I reach out?
I’ll respond within 24 hours to set up a discovery call. That call is on me — no agenda, no pitch. I want to understand where you are, where you’re going, and what’s in the way. If there’s a fit, you’ll have a full creative brief and proposal within 48 hours.
Do you offer free consultations or discovery calls?
Yes. The discovery call is always complimentary. It’s how I work. I need to understand your situation before I can propose anything meaningful, and you need to know who you’re working with before you commit. That conversation costs nothing.
Can I reach out if I’m not sure what I need yet?
That’s exactly the right time to reach out. Most clients don’t arrive with a fully formed brief. They arrive with a problem, a moment, or a feeling that something needs to change. The discovery call is designed for that. You don’t need to have the answers yet.
